Managers can now receive automatic emailed reports on email traffic, spam filtering activity, viruses detected, system health and other vital details of MXtreme’s activity. The email database allows the administrator to search for and look up any message that has passed through the system to determine its disposition. What happened to that message? is a question that can now be quickly answered.

MXtreme reports can be easily configured or selected from a range of preconfigured ones.
Report Formats
- HTML for easy online viewing or inclusion in an email
- PDF for portability
- CSV provides a way to import the information into an Excel spreadsheet for further analysis
- PS allows the report to be printed from a wide range of systems.
Report Scheduling
Reports can be generated manually, or automatically scheduled. In both cases, the user can specify exactly what time-period should be reported. For example, the user can specify that the report should be generated each week at Sunday 9 a.m., that the report period should be from Sunday 1 a.m. to Saturday midnight.
Message Search
All messages that pass through the MXtreme system are recorded in the database. The content is not retained only information about the source and destination, message headers and what processing was applied to it
Searches may be carried out on this log on the content of the message header (sender, recipient, subject etc.) or on what happened to the message (bounced, filtered, quarantined, etc.).
