Nokia Intellisync Device Management

Most organizations have experienced the difficulty of managing laptops and remote PCs. Security, low bandwidth, intermittent connections, and frequent line drops all combine to prevent traditional LAN-focused systems management tools from working well remotely.

The rapid proliferation of handheld and wireless devices compounds the problem. Nokia Device Management is a mobile-optimized solution that overcomes these issues to help reduce the total cost of ownership of handhelds and laptop/tablet PCs.

Our device management solution offers IT staff sophisticated remote software installation and upgrade capabilities, device configuration, backup, and hardware and software asset inventory collection.

Nokia Intellisync Wireless Email

Nokia Intellisync Wireless Email provides a secure, centrally managed, server-based mechanism for synchronizing handheld devices over wireless or wire line connections. It goes beyond basic handheld sync by providing “true push”, proactive alerts, WAP and web browser access, travel information management, and a greatly enhanced dialup Email experience on the PC.

Corporate workers today need to make decisions quicker and access more information than ever before. They need secure mobile access to corporate systems including Customer Relationship Management, Enterprise Resource Planning, Supply Chain Management, and specialized industry applications. Companies also need to streamline paper-based data collection processes with automation. Nokia Intellisync File Sync allows companies to slash these costs while improving the level of information availability. With file sync, electronic versions of a personalized portfolio of documents are updated on each user’s mobile device. Working files on the device can also be backed up to the server at the same time.
