 Consumer Direct is a telephone and online consumer advice service, supported by the Department of Trade and Industry. The site's a sort of 'Consumer advice centre for' ...well thats what we at ecommnet are worried about. Anyone who has the knowledge to use the web in this way will probably already have much of the understanding or the experience to find it else where.On the other hand it does usefully bring the information together in to one place.
