 How Secure is my data?With the number of high profile data thefts, such as the one from the call centre in India recently reported by the BBC and others, I'm begining to wonder how secure is my data? and how much control do I have over it? It's all well and good to trot out the mantra 'never give out your credit card details to anyone' but the truth is we all do, we have to if we're to buy anything! We give out quite a considerable amount of highly sensitive data every day. Only yesterday I applied online for a Hertz Gold Card.
