Borderware roadmap

borderware logoBorderware Technologies published roadmap for future development of their flagship firewall the Borderware Firewall Server. While there are some relatively interesting but minor enhancements the main thrust is a consolidation. One of the highlights is the upgrade to the underlying operating system which will introduce better hardware compatibility including the long awaited suport for RAID. It's good to note that BorderWare still have the comitment to the Common Criteria Certification process. BorderWare was the first firewall in the world to achieve Common Criteria EAL4 certification in January 2000, and the only firewall to have achieved a second certification in January 2002. The most recent certification included EAL5 vulnerability analysis.
