Emails have been the 'smoking gun' in numerous corporate and government scandals as they often provide prima facie evidence of "who said what, and when". During the Seminar Cryoserver will be introducing their email capturing & retrieval system that specifically addresses the legal and best practice requirements for email retention and compliance. The Cryoserver application recalls the cause and effect of a business decision proving how the decision was made and who was involved in the process.
There will also be a Q & A session where seminar attendees can put forward any queries and take advantage of the extensive knowledge offered by the legal experts Stephen Mason.
